The American Association of Debt Arbitration Companies (AADAC) was founded to promote and recognize professional debt arbitrators who agree to operate within the strict standards and ethical practices set forth by the AADAC Standards & Practices Policy.
Debt arbitration companies are retained and act on behalf of consumers who have experienced one or more qualifying hardships thereby resulting in the inability of the consumer to manage or otherwise sustain their financial obligations.
AADAC Certified Members must offer a free comprehensive review of the consumer’s debt, including a complete confidential budget analysis, to establish qualification and/or determination which clearly illustrates that a debt arbitration program will provide a viable and affordable option for the consumer.
If you are considering doing business with a Certified AADAC Member, please select the “Find A Member” option from the menu to the left and enter the Member Certification Number to review their specific AADAC Certification & Reliability Report.
If you do not have a Certification Number, please contact the debt arbitration company or organization you are dealing with and ask them for it. This Certification Number may also be found on their web site directly underneath the AADAC Certified Member Shield.
If you are experiencing a specific problem with an AADAC Certified Member and wish to file a complaint or if you are in need of resolution from a Certified AADAC Member and have exhausted all efforts with no satisfaction from the company or organization you are dealing with, please select the “Complaint Resolution” option from the menu to the left and complete the corresponding complaint form. Once your complaint is received, a case will be opened for review and assigned to the first available AADAC Dispute Resolution Agent. The Dispute Resolution Agent will provide assistance in resolving the nature of your complaint in a timely manner and will keep you informed as to the status and resolution of your case. |
