In order to become AADAC certified these rules must be followed:
Negotiations begin within 72 hours of having received the signed enrollment documents from the client! Agency requires creditor to validate the debt!
Address and Telephone numbers are directed to the agency to handle all calls and correspondence from the creditors!
Funds are maintained in a FDIC insured special purposes account in the clients own legal name with global client solutions as custodian!
Administrative fee's are split 50/50 for the first six months rather than collected up front - this allows monies to accumulate from the very first month in the program and accelerates the settlement process!
In addition to these key points, all AADAC certified members agree to perform in accordance with AADAC's ethical standards and practices guidelines which were created to protect the consumer and represent the highest level of service to the consumer through all stages of the debt settlement process. |
